Mr. Fridy a Principal with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering. He is a Registered Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional.
His notable work includes the transformation of the Old Post Office into the Trump International Hotel and the management of the GSA Cohen Building Fitness Center. His projects reflect a strong ability to integrate modern functionality within historic architecture, demonstrating extensive expertise in the development and enhancement of federal facilities
Mr. Huyang is the Director of Construction with 45 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in government projects, particularly with the Department of General Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
His notable projects include overseeing the completion of the Ronald Reagan Building International Trade Center, the interior build-out of the Al Jazeera Washington DC Bureau, HVAC system upgrades at Dorothy Height Elementary School, the renovation of Dulles Airport Concourse C and D, and the design-build project for the IRS National Headquarters.
Ms. Kim is a Senior Architect and Design-Build Project Manager with more than 23 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture. She holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects.
Her notable projects include the design-build of Woodridge International Elementary and Middle School and the renovation of Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart. Both projects highlight her focus on community engagement and careful consideration of vehicular impact.
Ms. Fraidy is a seasoned Project Manager with over 13 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Lebanese University. In her current role, which she has held for six years, she oversees projects efficiently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Her notable projects include fire alarm upgrades for three schools in Washington DC, the renovation of twenty residential units, and leading a $20 million project.
