The Department of General Services engaged Citadel to upgrade the MPD Fleet Management Services Division with exterior lighting and epoxy flooring at 2175 West Virginia Avenue NE, Washington, DC. The project included cleaning and repairing concrete surfaces, installing new epoxy flooring, and applying joint sealants. Citadel also delivered design-build services for a new electrical power supply, reinstalled exterior lighting, and completed trenching, backfilling, and asphalt work, ensuring a fully upgraded and functional facility.
