Garfield Terrace, a public housing complex with 228 units for the elderly and disabled and 58 family units, was renovated by Citadel for 20 apartments. The work included selective demolition, painting, replacing kitchen cabinets, doors, VCT flooring, and updating plumbing and electrical systems. Working in an occupied facility required careful planning, so Citadel coordinated with the building manager to develop an efficient work plan and implemented a comprehensive safety plan to protect both residents and workers.
