Citadel was commissioned by the DC Department of General Services to replace fire alarm systems at Garfield Elementary, Garnet Patterson School, and Miner Elementary in Washington, DC. Serving DC Public Schools, the project sites are located at 2435 Alabama Avenue SE, 2001 10th Street NW, and 601 15th Street NE. Citadel’s design team quickly prepared design drawings and obtained permits ahead of summer break. By ensuring all resources were in place, the project was completed on time and within budget, successfully meeting a tight schedule.
