The project scope included schematic design for the exhibition space, offices, outdoor areas, pantry, support spaces, and restrooms. Citadel provided full permit drawings covering architectural, structural, and MEP systems. The team also coordinated with the DC Historic Preservation Office and DCRA to ensure full ADA compliance.
