Citadel delivered design, engineering, and construction management for an office fit-out at a DC bakery. The project encompassed interior design, MEP engineering, demolition, hazardous material abatement, exterior renovations, and finishes. Value engineering was applied to meet budget requirements. A phased plan and strict safety measures were implemented to minimize disruption to the operational bakery.
