The District of Columbia Department of General Services hired Citadel to renovate and upgrade office space at the Marion Barry Building, 441 4th Street NW, Washington, DC. The 600,000-square-foot building accommodates multiple District agencies. Citadel reconfigured the State Board of Education’s 7th Floor Suite 723N, approximately 1,400 square feet, completing selective demolition, constructing new spaces, painting, and integrating architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, voice/data, security, and ADA improvements.
