The DC Department of General Services hired Citadel to design and construct the Park Improvements Project at Taft Recreation Center in Ward 5, Washington, DC. The site includes a public playground, basketball and tennis courts, and a multipurpose field heavily used by the community and a nearby school. Citadel is revitalizing the recreation area through a two-phase approach: Design and Preconstruction, followed by Construction, upgrading and replacing facilities to enhance community use and enjoyment.
