Citadel was contracted by the District of Columbia Department of General Services to convert a second-floor office suite at the Marion Barry Building, 441 4th Street NW, Washington, DC. The building, spanning 600,000 square feet, accommodates multiple District agencies. Citadel transformed the existing office space to meet new workforce needs, handling space planning, design, permitting, selective demolition, and construction of new office areas, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and voice/data systems.
