Citadel upgraded the security entrance at the DC Youth Services Center for the Department of General Services and the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services. The project introduced a new vestibule and a redesigned lobby layout to strengthen security and improve circulation. It also included the installation of advanced security equipment and bullet resistant features, along with electrical and HVAC upgrades. A carefully planned phasing strategy ensured the facility remained fully operational throughout the construction process in close coordination with DYRS.
